Dream, Dream, Dream.

I am still trying to watch the entire PBS special on dreaming. Fortunately my dreaming, unlike the film maker’s, does not revolve around my own death. 


I can’t imagine how it would feel to dream that death is coming and then taking the time to film everything possible about that before death occurs. She is investigating the process and if it is possible that the dreams truly reflect reality.
Many things are involved in our dreams including how the neural network interacts at the cellular level. How that relates to our conscious world is a matter of most speculation. Is it possible there is more to this than we suspect or know?


Dream a little, dream of me. If mom was still living today it would be her eighty-eighth birthday. Surprisingly this show was all about the lady’s feelings about what she was sure was her impending death.


Are our dreams things we unconsciously know or don’t want to know? Do animals really live in a more dreamlike state than we do?
